It covers reviewing your referral and holding your preferred slots while we do. It is not payment for the family time sessions themselves — session fees are arranged separately, after your pre-visit.

Going ahead is always subject to a safeguarding risk assessment. Paying the referral fee does not guarantee that family time can be offered. If we are unable to proceed, your £79 is refunded.
